Sun: 4-5pm EST


Flow and meditate for your own self healing. Go on a journey deeper into self through reconnection with your physical and spiritual experience emerging more harmonious with your own existence.

ReggaeRobics 20/20/20

Mon: 7-8pm EST


Enjoy a jamming Reggae playlist using 20 mins yoga, 20 mins abs/core sculpting, 20 mins cardio aerobics to build your endurance and strength. Closing out with yoga to increase your flexibility calming and balancing your nervous system and mind.

Strengthen, Soften, Heal

Mon: 4-5pm EST


For those who are living with chronic health issues or simply feeling run down. This largely a restorative class, using props and breath work.

Wed: 6-7am EST


A session that focuses on feeling. Explore and revisit places in the body soul and mind in a place that is free and light. Remind yourself of your beauty and perfection and let go of doubt and fear.

A space in time for us to notice, explore and journey inwards. we will work on aligning movement with the power of our breath as a way of staying rooted in the present moment.

Slow, deep Hatha yoga postures, a bit of yin/restorative, to help freeing our joints and ligaments, a bit of breathwork, reflection and meditation to ground ourselves in the presence with a little more ease.

Self Love Yoga


Wed: 6-7pm EST


The purpose of this class is to get you in touch with your body & calm your mind. By utilizing breathing techniques & various postures we will turn completely inward. Modifications will be given to assist you in finding which variation best suits your body.
